One of Australia’s early currencies was the Holey Dollar. With coins in short demand a hole was punched in 40,000 spanish coins, effectively creating two different currencies – the Holey Dollar easily recognised by the hole in its middle.

Just like the original, our Holey Dollar is set to become the new ‘currency’ in Australian Craft IPA.

The Holey Dollar IPA is a brilliant amber colour, with slight hop haze and a thick luscious head. Brewed in the american west coast style, this IPA has a citrus and grapefruit aroma with a full mouthfeel and solid malt taste.
