DELIVERY INFORMATION

Our beer is brewed in the heart of Alexandria NSW and delivered fresh from the tanks. This ensures you’re getting the freshest beer possible, delivered direct from the brewery to your door.

Here’s some more information about how we get beer to you.

When will my order be sent?

– 
We send orders daily and will get your beer on it’s way to you within 48 hours, except weekends and public holidays.

– 

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

– 

Delivery is free within 5km of our Alexandria HQ for orders over $50.

Additional shipping charges apply outside Sydney Metro and costs are determined at checkout.

We aim to get your delivery to you as soon as possible in alignment with our couriers shipping times.

Tracking

– 

We’ll send you a tracking number in your order confirmation email and update you when your order has left the brewery. From there you’ll receive a notification on the day your order is being delivered and once it’s been delivered to you.

IS there anywhere you don’t deliver?

– 

At this stage, we are only delivering to NSW and ACT but are working on making our beer accessible Australia wide. We also can’t deliver to PO Boxes.

Can deliveries be left at my address if no one is there?

– 

Definitely, as long as there is somewhere safe and you’ve let us know that it’s ok to leave it. This can be done by adding a note to your delivery instructions in the check out process.

Identification and Responsible Service of Alcohol

Sydney Rocks Brewing Company Pty Ltd supports the responsible consumption of beer including moderation and legal age requirements. Just like a pub the delivery driver may ask for ID or refuse delivery if you appear intoxicated.
