Beer Style: Rum Barrel Aged Russian Imperial Stout
This masterfully crafted Russian Imperial Stout marries the depth of dark malts with the complexity of rum barrel aging, creating a luxuriously decadent brew worth defecting to the dark side for.
Pouring thick and jet black, the beer was left to rest in ex-rum barrels courtesy of Brix Distillers before being infused with fresh roasted hazelnuts, cacao and vanilla.
